Statii de dedurizare monobloc BLUESOFT Dedurizatorul este alcatuit, in principal, dintr-un rezervor care contine rasini schimbatoare de ioni, un tablou de comanda cu functii electrice si hidraulice un vas in care se formeaza saramura necesara pentru regenerarea rasinilor, conducte si armaturile aferente. In timpul functionarii apa trece prin capul de comanda (valva hidraulica), patrunde în rezervorul de rasini de sus in jos si traverseaza stratul de rasini, eliberand ionii de calciu si magneziu si imbogatind-se cu ioni de Na. Cand rasina este saturata cu ioni de calciu si magneziu nu mai poate realiza shimbul ionic, asa incat apa isi pastreaza aceleasi caractersitici de duritate. In acest moment este necesara efectuarea regenerarii rasinilor.Regenerarea rasinii prin spalare poate fi efectuata printr-o serie de cicluri automate care includ: spalare , absorbtie de apa sarata, spalare lenta, spalare rapida, admisie apa in rezervor pentru urmatoarea regenerare sau operatie.  |
